How Does it Work?

Quite Simply. You plan the details of your service in a secure account on our website. You'll use our easy and powerful tools to build your detailed worship flow or schedule your team members.

Your team members will respond to their requests to serve and have access to the info they need about the service.

Everyone is on the same page. You know who is going to show up, and for whom you'll need a sub. Your team knows what is expected of them without any surprises.

And because everything is web-based, there's no software to install.

Service Planning

There are many dimensions to planning the details of your worship service. For worship leaders, the most obvious is the Worship Flow. Our intuitive, drag-n-drop Worship Flow page allows you to plan your worship elements down to the minute. For each element, you can include an item from your songs library, add specific elements notes, and even include easy-to-read cues for specific individuals (sound board, lighting, etc.).

In addition, you can design your stage arrangement with the Virtual Stage tool and schedule rehearsals on the Rehearsals page.

People Scheduling

No doubt, volunteers are a key ingredient to Sunday morning success. worshipplanning.com arms you with tools to easily schedule people that are available and qualified. You can schedule individuals one at a time, or an entire team with a single click-and-drag. Once scheduled, people are notified via email or text message, and are asked to respond to the "assignment". This system ensures that YOU KNOW everybody knows what is expected of them.

You can delegate scheduling authority to the team leader of virtually any ministry. With our video tutorials, they'll be scheduling people in a snap.

Library Management

A worship leader's song library is serious business. To help command your songs, we've built a Songs Library page that let's you build, search, filter, share, and report on your songs and their performance history. For each song, you can enter many points of information (key, tempo, capo, lyrics, etc.) and attach files of any type. When you include a song in your worship flow, all the details and files are included for worship team members to access.

360WP

360WP is a feature of worshipplanning.com that helps you gather information on how the worship service went. The "360" represents a 360-degree, or "full circle" view of worship planning. Using a three-pronged approach, you are able to plan smarter based on tangible data that you collect and report on, right in worshipplanning.com.

 

The most powerful of the three tools is the online survey. You create the questions (multiple choice, short answer, or long answer), the questionnaires, and decide who can participate in the survey. Once survey participants log in to a special sub-site of worshipplanning.com and complete the survey, you and others on your worship team can review the results in various ways.

Mobile

For people on-the-go (and who isn't these days?) worshipplanning.com offers a mobile version of the site that can be accessed with most smartphone browsers. This streamlined version performs just as well as many native apps, and allows users to respond to assignments, view service information, access song details and related files, and find contact info of fellow team members.
