Pricing

The first month (called the "trial" period) of WorshipPlanning.com is free. To extend your account beyond the trial period, you have 3 payment options as follows:

• 1 month for $35 (one month payment)
• 3 months for $99 (three month payment at $33/month)
• 1 year for $360 (12 month payment at $30/month)

The above payment options are for WP's "standard" service, which include the following:

• 20 "Planners"

  Planners are typically worship leaders, team leaders, and others involved in the planning and scheduling process. Planners log in to www.WorshipPlanning.com and access information based on their account's security level.

  accounts, unlimited "Helpers"

  Helpers would largely be your volunteers. They login to a special site designed for them (called My WorshipPlanning) where they can access the details of services they are scheduled to serve.

  accounts
• 3 MB disk space (for file attachments)
• all features except Song Files and 360WP

Payment Methods: Most major credit cards (secure, online transactions) and checks (by mail).

Refund Policy: After the trial period, WorshipPlanning.com operates as a "pre-paid" service. Refunds are not normally issued once a pre-payment has been successfully made. However, we are willing to work with churches in extenuating circumstances.
