How will WorshipPlanning.com help my church?
The true power of WP is that it is a centralize schedule and planning tool that all service helpers can access via the web. This means service helpers and volunteers can get to the very latest worship plans at any time.

Many churches plan for their weekly service at the church office (often in a spreadsheet or other document), and then email or hand deliver those service plans to the helpers and volunteers. But then, there is a change in the plans: song order is switched around, additional baptisms, etc. The result is a second (or third, or fourth…) delivery of the revised schedule. And now, there is the added concern of whether or not everyone is working from the latest set of plans.

WP eliminates the need for delivering a service plan. Rather, the helpers login to the web site and see the latest plans themselves. And with many features to help facilitate the planning and communication process, your church services are bound to be less stressful, more predictable, and more creative.

How does the trial process work?
Signing up for a free trial is easy. You will need to fill in some information about your church, as well as a "master account". The master account has the highest security level of the church account, and acts as the point of contact for the church account.

Once this info is filled in and submitted, the church and master account are created. From here, you can use WorshipPlanning.com for 30 days. After about 2 weeks, you will be notified that your account will soon be expiring. To continue using WP beyond the 30 days, you will have to make a payment (see pricing for details). Upon completion of your payment, your church account will be extended. All data and configurations made during the trial usage will be maintained.

Should your account expire, you will have two (2) weeks to renew your account. Beyond that timeframe, your church account may be deleted permanently.
